Account data (name, email address), organization membership and role, and the operational records, comments and activity history your organization enters. We do not use your data for advertising or to train AI models.
Your organization is the controller of the operational data it enters; OpsControl acts as its processor under a data-processing agreement. For account data needed to run the service we act as controller.
In the EU (Frankfurt) with these sub-processors: MongoDB Atlas (database), Fly.io (application hosting), Vercel (web hosting), Resend (email delivery).
Organization owners can delete their organization at any time; all its data is permanently removed 30 days later. Backups expire on a rolling basis within a further 30 days.
Do not enter medical, patient or other special-category personal data into OpsControl.
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data by contacting your organization administrator or us at the address published on this site.
